STEP 01

Tell us your fight

Sport, fight date, goals, experience level, and the equipment you train with. That is everything the engine needs. Five minutes, once per camp.

STEP 02

The engine builds your camp

The engine works backward from fight night. Strength waves, explosive blocks, and conditioning methods are laid out phase by phase: aerobic base first, cardiac power next, fight speed last.

01Base + Power
02Cardiac Power
03Peak
04Fight Week

Longer camps extend Stage 1. Stage 2, Peak, and Fight Week never change.

Decided for you:

The lift and the percentage, every week
The explosive block for your sport's patterns
The conditioning method, work, and rest, by phase
The taper into fight week

STEP 03

Follow it day by day

Open today's session and do it. Log sets, reps, and weight as you go; your history for every lift is one tap away. The camp shifts phase to phase on schedule, and volume drops when it is time to arrive fresh.

Week 3 · Thursday · Strength

A1 · Box Squat vs Bands: 5×5 @ 75%
A2 · Depth Jump: 4×3
Cardiac Power Intervals: 6×2:00

Under the hood

The engine runs the conjugate method for strength and energy systems science for conditioning. Here is what that means in practice.

3-week waves

Max-effort work climbs inside each 3-week wave, then the wave resets with new lifts. You keep progressing without burning out.

Contrast peak

The final weeks switch to contrast work: a heavy lift followed by an explosive movement while your nervous system is primed. Peak power arrives on schedule, not by luck.

The taper

The last days cut volume and hold intensity. You walk into fight week fresh, not flat.

Concurrent training

Strength, power, speed, and conditioning develop in the same camp, each on its own day with its own recovery. Nothing overtrains, nothing gets left behind.
